Frank and Rose will be turning over their duties as editors of the "Piping Plover" to Mike Messier (new member of CNHA and refuge volunteer). Frank and Rose have been editors of the "Piping Plover" since 1993. CNHA has appreciated all the time and dedication they have put into this very important "volunteer job" in order to keep everyone informed of issues relating to CNHA and the refuge. We will miss them as editors on the "Piping Plover", but we hope to see articles of interest from them often. Mike has some pretty big shoes to fill, but he will do fine with guidance from Frank and Rose.
