The Chincoteague Natural history Association will hold its annual meeting on Saturday, May 30, 1998 at the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge auditorium starting at 10 a.m.
The annual meeting provides an opportunity for CNHA members to hear from, and interact with, the management of the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, the Eastern Shore of Virginia National Wildlife Refuge, and the management of their organization, the Chincoteague Natural History Association. In addition, election of the CNHA Board of Directors, and other CNHA business is conducted at this meeting.
This year, we also have several proposed changes to the Association's by-laws that will be offered to the membership for their consideration and vote. A copy of the affected sections of the Association's bylaws, annotated to reflect the proposed changes, is included on page number 6 of this issue of the newsletter. If you would like a complete copy of the by-laws (which will be available for attendees, since voting is limited to members in attendance) or have input you would like to share with the Board and/or the members, your comments and requests are welcome.
