Grab some food and fun while celebrating the wonders of nature during our National Wildlife Refuge Week Celebration on October 8th and 9th! From 10am - 3 pm under the big top outside the visitor center. Enjoy refreshments, the wildlife art show, and a variety of fun, family activities. Climb the historic Assateague Lighthouse or board the wildlife bus tour offered by the CNHA. Throughout the celebration a variety of interactive programs will also be conducted in the Bateman Center auditorium and out on refuge trails.
