[From Fall 1997]
At its meeting on September 10, the CNHA Board voted to adjust its membership structure and fees - only the second such adjustment since the CNHA was founded in 1986.
The new structure and fees will become effective for all new and renewing memberships received after January 1, 1998, as follows:
Members will continue to receive our quarterly newsletter, The Piping Plover; a 10% discount on mail order purchases and purchases from the CNHA's Chincoteague and Eastern Shore NWR sales outlets as well as purchases at Eastern Neck, Bombay Hook, Prime Hook, and Blackwater NWR sales outlets; and participation in special "members only" activities.
Memberships of $25 or more will also receive the new CNHA sew-on patch, which members may also purchase.
Early renewals and gift memberships (the holiday season isn't that far off) received prior to January 1, 1998, may be obtained at existing membership fees. I'm sure there are several folks on your list that would appreciate a CNHA gift membership and subscription to The Piping Plover. Just be sure to get your gift memberships/subscriptions to us by December lst to assure arrival for the holidays.
