New Staff at Chincoteague Refuge

The Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge has just added a new employee to their great staff! Jennifer Lundin is the new Outdoor Recreation Planner and will be coordinating education programs at the refuge throughout the year. Please contact her to discuss any ideas you may have for new programs. With your help she is hoping to add some more interesting, enjoyable, and educational activities to the refuge itinerary!

Jennifer has worked with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for about four years. Her career has brought her to the Northeast Fishery Center in Pennsylvania, the Orangeburg National Fish Hatchery in South Carolina, and the Panama City Field Office in Florida. While at Panama City, Jennifer conducted outreach and environmental education programs for the Fisheries and Ecological Services.

Originally from Connecticut, Jennifer received her Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Unity College in Maine.
